The new year brings a fresh wave of creativity and tradition: starting January 4th, I Frati Rossi will reopen its doors, ready to welcome guests with its signature warmth, breathtaking views over Porto Cervo, and a rich program of themed culinary events celebrating the finest regional traditions of Italy.
First Event of the Year: La Toscana in Tavola

Our journey through Italy’s flavours will begin with a tribute to the great Tuscan culinary heritage: three special evenings dedicated to the aromas of Chianti, premium cuts of meat, and dishes that embody both rustic tradition and the elegance of the Tuscan hills.
A carefully crafted tasting menu by our chef will be paired with selected wines for an authentic, heartfelt experience.
A Year of Gourmet Events
The 2025 calendar will bring back our most beloved formats—Porcini e Barolo, Seafood Nights, The Scents of Sardinia—joined by new collaborations with renowned Italian wineries and producers.
