  • La Ribollita – The famous Tuscan vegetable soup, enriched with stale bread and olive oil.
  • Pappardelle with Hare – Fresh handmade pasta with a rich hare ragù.
  • La Bistecca Alta Tre Dita with Beans in Umido – The queen of Tuscan meat, accompanied by traditional stewed beans.
